      24 hour Monitoring

      This is the heart of our Open Customer Satisfaction Reporting system (OCSR). The system requires participating merchants to maintain a link to our remote database. The link allows customer compliments and complaints on the business to be monitored and recorded by ePublicEye.com 24 hours a day.By entering a merchant's name in our search engine you can get or file reports, around the clock. This database is designed to give consumers a history of what past patrons have experienced with a participating registered merchant. To provide accountability, a valid e-mail address is required to file a report. All reports require confirmation. Reports that can not be confirmed are automatically rejected. Businesses are notified immediately when a report is filed on their company. Businesses are provided the opportunity to place their responses to consumer comments in the file as well. This database tracks consumer comments and merchant responses providing an open account of a business' customer satisfaction record.
