If through no fault of your own, you experience any unauthorized use of your credit card as a result of shopping at one of ePublicEye.com's Platinum registered Merchant Sites, you should first follow the standard notification procedures required by your credit card company. If your credit card issuer finds credit card fraud but does not completely waive your liability for the fraudulent charges, ePublicEye.com will reimburse you for your losses up to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50). The Credit Card Fraud Protection Guarantee applies only to purchases made online with ePublicEye.com Platinum registered Merchants.
