France's eBuyClub.com inks Deal With U.S based ePublicEye.com
to Provide trust services to its B2B-B2C market place
Los Angeles, CA -- February 3, 1999 -- ePublicEye.com the leading aggregator of reliability and customer satisfaction data on small to mid-sized ebusinesses, has entered into a strategic alliance and
co-marketing agreement with eBuyClub.com to add merchant ratings to its Paris based Business to business, business to consumer marketplace. Under the agreement, eBuyClub will introduce ePublicEye's e-business rating services to its network of merchants and will actively promote ePublicEye.com's monitoring system on both its French and English sites. As part of the arrangement, ePublicEye.com and eBuyClub.com will jointly market a suite of e-business services localized for the French market.
ePublicEye.com is the first US based e-business rating company to localize

almost 5.7 million, according to Computer Industry Almanac's 1999
estimates. Projected online consumer purchases in France for
year 2000 are expected to jump to more than 3.8 billion francs (up
from an estimated 1.3 billion for 1999).exceeding for the first time
sales made via the French Minitel system.
