    SingTel Yellow Pages Collaborates with ePublicEye.com to Boost online shopping Confidence.

    Los Angeles, February. 9, 2000 -- SingTel Yellow Pages (http://www.yellow pages.com.sg) has entered into an agreement with ePublicEye.com Far East Pte. Ltd. to provide a customized version of ePublicEye's e-business rating system for its "Mall of Malls." SingTel's aim is to boost the confidence of e-commerce shoppers and concurrently, to provide member merchants with the critical customer feedback necessary to provide good customer service. The service will allow shoppers at the mall to rate listed e-businesses for reliability, privacy and customer satisfaction in 9 key areas of customer service. Customer rated attributes include; customer support, on-time delivery, comparative pricing and customer loyalty. The agreement is the first executed through ePublicEye.com Far East Pte. Ltd. a joint venture between ePublicEye.com and Inter-fas (http://www.inter-fas.com.sg).

    "The growth of e-commerce does not rest on just providing site security but a satisfying shopping experience. As part of this strategy, we are embarking on a shopper's confidence building program.     Under the agreement ePublicEye will design, implement, host and manage the e-business rating and monitoring system with custom reporting pages and a reporting system that has been localized to meet the unique needs of SingTel's Mall.
