Network Commerce Acquires a stake in ePublicEye.com
Los Angeles, CA -- August, 22 2000 --ePublicEye.com, the leading guide to reliable small and medium sized e-businesses around the globe, announced today that Network Commerce (Nasdaq:NWKC), has acquired an interest in ePublic Intelligence, Inc., the corporation which owns ePublicEye.com. The deal will allow ePublicEye to strengthen its financial position and continue its expansion into international markets.
