LOS ANGELES, January 30, 2002 -- Today ePublicEye released network wide customer satisfaction results for 2001. Based on over 56,000 point of sale surveys at member sites, ePublicEye merchants scored an average overall customer satisfaction rating of 89.89 percent. In addition, the entire network of small and mid-sized e-businesses rated as follows in these other important areas of reliability and customer satisfaction:
The surveys were taken online at the point of sale after a purchase had been made with a small to mid-sized
e-tailer. Surveys were taken from January to December 2001.
