person available during their posted business hours. "Answering
service / Email" means that the merchant uses an answering service
followed up by email to provide customer support. "Answering
machine / Email" means that the merchant uses an answering
machine followed up by email to provide customer support. "Email"
means that all customer support is primarily delivered via email.
