    Please tell us whether:

  • Some user information may be shared with third parties.
  • Some user information may be sold to third parties.
  • User information is used for internal purposes only, is not shared or sold.
  • Customer will receive E-mail from the company after the transaction is done.
  • Customer is given option on use of information.
  • Company does not retain customer information.
  • Company has not yet established a privacy policy.

    The result of this survey is the merchant's Privacy Policy. Consumers may then use the declared policy as a yard stick to rate how the merchant handles the personal information they have submitted.
