This is the return terms the merchant has established. There are three standard options:

"Full cash/credit refund", means the merchant will accept cancellation of the order and return all monies paid no questions asked.

"Store credit only" means merchant will exchange products or services purchased, but will not refund money.

"Restocking fee charged" means that the customer has to pay a small fee for repackaging or restocking the product if the order is returned.

"Ask merchant for details" means the merchants return policy is not typical.

Consumers should confirm the details before completing a purchase.
